基于高频链1.5kVA数字方波逆变器的研制

摘要 介绍了带有高频链结构的数字方波逆变器的研制,具有体积小、重量轻、成本低等优点;同时,该逆变器采用单片机控制,具有过温、过压、欠压等监控保护电路,使其性能和可靠性大大增强。测试结果表明,该逆变器输出电压稳定、精度高、瞬态响应快、稳定性好,能够满足大部分车载设备的用电需求。 Traditional inverters exhibit various disadvantages, such as a bulk volume, low efficiency, com- plexity of design, and poor reliability. A digital square-wave inverter with a high-frequency link, which reduces volume, cost and increases the inverter efficiency, was developed. There are digital control strategy and supervisory circuits for overheating, over and under voltage protection with MCU control, its performance and reliability are en- hanced. The experimental results show that the inverter has a stable output voltage with high precision, fast transi- ent response, and good stability, It is very suitable for high quality output voltage occasions.
