With the development of economy and progress of society,worldwide cross cultural exchange becomes closer and closer.How to fulfill from the simple language exchange to flexible cultural communication is becoming a heated issue nowadays.The cultivation of cross cultural communicative ability involves cultural,social and pragmatic elements,and keeping the characteristics of various factors and their relations becomes a key element that must be emphasized in cultivating the cross cultural communicative ability in English teaching.
