关于建设高校学生伤害事故防范体系的探索——以河北农业大学为例

The exploration of college students' injury accident prevention system——A case study at Agricultural University of Hebei

保证学生群体的稳定和安全是高校学生工作的一个重要方面。但随着我国高等教育改革的不断深化,大学生的生活空间也日益扩展,影响高校稳定和大学生安全的因素日趋纷杂,再加之大学生缺乏必要的安全知识,导致了各类伤害事故频发。分析学生伤害事故的特点与类型,剖析伤害事件发生的原因,并以河北农业大学为实例,探索通过加强教育、完善制度方面防范学生伤害事故发生,并提出了通过投保校方责任险,有效提高学校抗风险能力,增强管理实效。

To ensure that students are groups of stability and security of the university students＇ work is an important part.But with the further development of China＇s higher education,and the deepening of the reform,the college students＇ life space also expand and the influence of stability and college students safety factors are also getting complicated,Plus the lack of necessary safety knowledge college students,it leads to the injury incidents of all kinds.This paper analyzes the student of injuries,types,and the characteristics of the causes of the events,For strengthening the education,perfecting the exploration system in students＇ injury accident prevention,suggestions are put forward through liability insurance to improve the school＇s risk management.
