Along with the development of computer technology and Internet technology today,the digital library has become the main body of construction and development,and the intellectual property can not be ignored in building a digital library.The author analyzes and explores Intellectual property on the digital library information resource building and extension.And the author puts forward six solutions,which include strengthening the legislative protection,obtaining authorization with the publishing house,etc.
