研究金属端帽及压电陶瓷的形状参数对压电复合执行器 Cymbal压电性能的影响。Cymbal执行器由在厚度方向极化的压电陶瓷片 (PZT- 5 A)夹在两个薄的黄铜端帽之间 ,每一个端帽的内表面都有一个圆台形空穴。Cymbal执行器的纵向等效压电常数 de33与金属端帽的直径 de2 、内腔深度 te、黄铜箔的厚度 tb及压电陶瓷片的直径dp、厚度
