摘要
文章以O’Connell和Jin的西方学术论文文献综述模式为理论基础和标准,采取随机抽样的方法对30篇中国应用语言学专业的英语硕士论文中的文献综述的篇章结构和体裁特征进行了分析。研究结果表明,中国学生文献综述的结构基本符合O’Connell和Jin的西方学术论文文献综述模式。但是其文献综述在一定程度上对研究空白及所存在的问题论证不足,并对文献的批判性思维能力尚缺。另外,研究还表明,部分文本存在着不同于O’Connell和Jin的文献综述模式下的篇章结构和体裁特征。
The study seeks to analyze the generic features of literature review in English theses of applied linguistics produced by Chinese Masters.Taking literature review model of western academics in O＇Connell and Jin＇s study as a reference,the study examines the literature review of 30 Chinese Masters＇ English theses from different universities.The results reveal that the general structure model of Chinese students＇ literature review followed the literature review model in western academics,but little identification of research gap and the lack of critical analysis of previous findings are found.In addition,the results indicate that there are different writing strategies and features in the corpus.
