摘要
文章主要讲述了聚脲润滑脂在瓦楞纸生产线上的应用。由于聚脲润滑脂具有优良的耐高温性能、极压性能以及良好的抗水淋性能,使其在瓦楞纸生产线上成功应用,结果证明该产品性能完全满足瓦楞纸生产线高温、高负荷和水淋工况的使用要求,对延长供脂周期,减少检维修次数,降低生产成本作用明显。
The application of the polyurea grease in corrugated paper production line is reported in this paper.This grease has excellent high temperature,high-load and water-resistant performances.The successful application result showed that it can meet the operating requirements of corrugated paper production line,has obvious effects on prolonging the period of grease supply,reducing the time of inspection and maintenance,and lowering the production cost.
