摘要
研制低压、宽温、长寿命电解电容器中 ,以选择电解液和提高封口工艺质量作为关键。通过选择优质的阳极箔和阴极箔 ,适当加厚橡胶塞 ,加长铝梗 ,束腰位置设在橡胶塞 1/2处 ,并用 X光检查封口质量 ,选择高效的水合抑制剂等措拖 ,产品通过了 +10 5℃ 30 0 0 h高温负荷试验。
