随着工业自动化的发展 ,PLC与计算机在工业中的应用越来越广泛 ,为了充分发挥它们的各自优越性 ,PLC与个人计算机间的通讯也越来越频繁。本文介绍了OMRONCQM1型PLC与上位计算机通讯方式 ,并给出了PLC具有优先权时与计算机通讯的梯形图设计方法、上位计算机具有优先权时基于VB的通讯程序设计及通讯程序设计方法 。

With the development of Industrial automation, usefulness of PLC and computer becomes more and more extensive in industry. To make full use of their superiority, communication of PLC and computer gets more and more frequently. This paper presents way of communication between OMRON COM1 PLC and computer. Not only does it provide the way of ladder design when PLC has priority, but gives a method of program design and a VB program of computer's sending out orders to PLC when computer has priority in communication. The paper also supplies application of this method in robot control.
