100t转炉低铁水比预直炼工艺应用研究

摘要 针对福建三钢转炉冶炼铁水比低的工艺特点。在100t转炉上进行低铁水比的脱磷预处理直炼工艺试验.开发高效、低成本的预直炼冶炼工艺。通过75炉次预直炼试验研究表明,与常规冶炼工艺相比,该工艺具有显著脱磷效果,在相同的一倒碳含量范围,“预直炼”工艺的平均一倒磷比常规冶炼工艺低40%-53%,且终点温度和成分命中率明显提高。 For the characteristic of converter steelmaking with low hot metal rate in Sangang, Fujian, the experiments of dephosphorization pretreatment and direct-steelmaking process in lOOt converter were carried out to develop a highly effective and low cost steelmaking process. It is shown from 75 heats of dephosphorization pretreatment and direct-steelmaking experiments that this process is of higher dephosphorization result, being lower by 40-53% in turndown [P] content for the same arrange of turndown [C] content, and it can evidently improve hit rates of temperature and composition at end-point, compared to the ordinary steelmaking process.
