This paper introduces one critical method how to draw terra record map, which is according to a big scale （1： 500 or 1：1000） diggings relief map measured by flat instrument .And the thesis talks about how to analyze the drawing precision, how to demonstrate the feasibility to draw terra record map by the big scale diggings relief map.
