介绍棒材轧钢线上硬质合金辊环的使用现状，性能特点及良好的使用效果，在棒材轧线对实际生产中使用硬质合金辊环存在的一些具体难点问题，进行了分析，并提出了解决对策，实现硬质合金辊环生产中产生最佳的效益。
