摘要
从理论上分析了真空蒸馏分离粗锂中杂质钠的可行性。在内热式真空炉内进行了粗锂脱钠的小型实验研究.考察了蒸馏温度和蒸馏时间对脱钠效果的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件:原料量为10g左右,真空度控制在10Pa以下,当原料含钠量为0.66%时,在673K下蒸馏2个小时,残余物含钠量降至0.0018%,远低于电池级精锂含钠量不大于0.02%的要求。良好的实验结果表明,粗锂真空蒸馏脱钠具有工艺流程简单、改善劳动环境及提高生产率等优点.是一种去除粗锂中杂质钠的有效方法。
t Feasibility of eliminating sodium of crude lithium by vacuum distillation was theoretically studied and experimentally tested. The small-scale experiments were carried through in internal-heating vacuum furnace, the influence of temperature and time upon eliminating sodium were inspected. The optimized conditions are found to be the following: 10g crude Lithium, at distillation temperature of 673K and a distillation time of 2 hours under the pressure of 10Pa. The content of sodium in crude lithium is reduced from 0.66% to 0.0018% in a single stage distillation process. The results show many strengths of the technique, such as high efficiency ,environment friendliness and simple operation.
