摘要
立足于用户产品特性和工艺要求，参考相关标准，研制出铲斗铲刀刃专用钢板。设计了三钢22SiMn2TiB工程机械用钢板的化学成分，确定了合适的冶炼及轧制工艺．最终获得的产品具有较好的综合力学性能，满足了用户要求。
Based on product characteristics and requirements of users, a special steel bucket shovel blade was developed by referencing related standards . The chemical composition of 22SiMn2TiB construction machinery steel was designed by Sansteel Group, and the appropriate smelting and rolling process was determined, at last product with good Comprehensive mechanics performance meets users requirements.
