电火花加工硬质合金柱齿冲头的工艺优化

摘要 电火花加工属于电腐蚀加工,现在广泛用于淬火钢,硬质合金,金属陶瓷材料等难加工材料的加工,同时也用于刀具切削无法直接成形的复杂零件的成形加工。所以电火花加工现在已经成为模具加工中最重要的手段。在电火花加工中,峰值电流,脉冲宽度,脉冲间隔等电参数和是影响加工速度的重要因素。但一味的提高加工参数不仅不会使加工效率提高。反而使加工速度下降。在加工过程中。加工的环境影响着加工过程的稳定性.加工的稳定性制约着加工的参数的选择。本文是介绍通过改善其放电环境使短路率,积碳率和异常放电率下降,使加工的稳定性上升。从而改变峰值电流,脉冲宽度.脉冲间隔,抬刀速度等电参数来提高加工效率。 EDM is a kind of galvanic corrosion, which is widely used on processing for hard material, such as chilled steel, cemented carbide、cermet. And it also could machining some complex parts that cutting tool cannot work out. At present, EDM is the most important of means for mould produce. Peak current、pulse width and pulse interval , are the important factors of EDM. Rise the numbers of these factors, sometimes is useless, but even slow down the work. The machining environment impacts the process stability. The process stability impacts the choice of machining parameters. This article presents how to improve the discharging environment, which includes peak current,pulse width, pulse interval 、 the speed of reciprocating discharge and so on. Select reasonable technological parameters in order to make the work steady, lower the frequency of short circuit,deposition of carbon and abnormal discharge.
