摘要
电子病历的主要问题是合法性及技术上的安全性、稳定性问题。本文在对“电子病历”概念、研究现状简要介绍的基础上，围绕影响电子病历法律效力的几个问题展开了讨论，最终得出电子病历具有合法性的结论。
The main problems existing in electronic medical records are their legality, safety and stability in technology. After introducing its definition and research status briefly, discussing some problems concerning its legal effect, this paper finally comes to the conclusion that electronic medical records have the characteristics of legality.
