摘要 建构性教学曾在国内外中小学中有一些尝试及成果。高教改革后教学模式转变尤其是教学方法勺创新,践行了建构主义的理念。本文以建构性教学为视角,释析医学院校医学法学专业的导师制活动,论证产业全程导师制作为建构性教学重要的载体,在培养以医学为背景、以法学为出口的复合型人才中所起的作日,使学生具有终生学习能力和良好职业操守。 There are some attempts and achievements in the foreign and domestic primary and high schools on construction studying and teaching. After the reform in higher education, teaching models have been changed, and teaching methods also have been innovated, then constructivism has been practiced. From the perspective of con- struction teaching, this paper analyzes tutorial system in medicine law major in medical colleges and universities, and proves the importance of tutorial system in cultivating compound talents, who have the background of medical knowledge and practice in law, and the benefit in obtaining lifelong learning ability and excellent profession in- tegrity.
