摘要
目前,引发医疗纠纷的原因既有来自社会环境的因素,也有来自患方和医方的因素。针对这些因素,医疗机构应认真落实包括逐级负责制在内的各项规章制度,加强法制教育、医德医风建设、医患沟通和“三基三严”培训,强化质量意识、服务意识和责任意识,做好人才培养和病历书写质量等方面工作,抓好医疗纠纷的防范与处理。
Currently, the causes of medical disputes may come from the society, doctors or patients. There- fore, in order to prevent and deal with medical disputes efficiently, medical institutions should implement the re- sponsibility system, strengthen legal education, construction of medical ethics, doctor-patient communication and three-strict administration and three -basic training, intensify the sense of quality, service consciousness and sense 'of responsibility, and pay special attention to talents cultivation and the quality of case file.
