苎麻纤维半制品水分测定的相关分析

A Correlation Analysis of Moisture Determination of Semi-finished Ramie Fibre Goods

本文以纺织纤维的吸湿性和导电性的关系为依据，提出用原棉水分测湿仪测试苎麻纤维半制品回潮率的快捷方法。并以此法和烘箱法对苎麻纤维半制品的回潮率作比较，对测试结果运用了数理统计分析，确定了电阻法测定苎麻纤维半制品回潮率的相关方程。

Based on the relationship between electric conductivity and moisture absorbency of textile fibre,the paper presents an efficient approach to the determination of the moisture regain of semi-finished ramie fibre goods with a moisture meter for raw cotton fibre. For the moisture regain,comparative tests can be conducted by means of the resistance and the oven method. The correlation equations are established for the determination by means of the sresistance method through mathematical statistics and analysis of the results.
