摘要
目的:通过实验探索作业互依性与目标设置对团队后援行为及团队满意度的影响。方法:实验为被试间设计,实验任务采用"员工素质评价"任务,作业互依性与团队目标分别设置为两个水平,30组三人团队参与了实验。结果:作业互依性对后援行为及团队满意度的主效应显著,作业互依性越高,团队后援行为和团队满意度的水平越高;而目标设置对这两者的主效应不显著;在设置了一般目标的情况下,作业互依性对两者的积极影响更为显著。结论:本研究证实了作业互依性对于团队后援行为的积极影响,并验证了目标设置与作业互依性在对后援行为及团队满意度影响上的交互作用。
Objective:The effects of team task interdependence and goal-setting on back-up behaviors and team satisfaction were explored in laboratory experiments.Method: With the between-subjects design,90 university students,in 30 3-person teams,were invited to participate the "employee competence appraisal" task,where task interdependence and goal-setting were respectively manipulated at two levels.Result: The results indicated that the main effects of task interdependence were more significant than those of the team goal.The higher the levels of task interdependence were,the more back-up behaviors and team satisfaction could be shown.When the team goal was set at a general level,such positive effects of task interdependence were more marked.Conclusion: The main effects of task interdependence on the level of back-up behaviors and team satisfaction were confirmed.In addition,goal-setting was found to moderate such relationships.
