摘要
分析了攀钢连退产品的现状,结果表明:攀钢连退产品LSt12、LSt13在化学成分和组织性能方面控制良好,产品主要表面缺陷为横向条纹和压痕,提出了能够消除表面缺陷的有效措施。同时分析了采用Ti-IF钢生产CQ级连退产品的优点和可行性以及进一步开发DDQ级连退产品的各工序技术要点。
This paper analyzes the status of continuous annealing products LSt12 and LSt13 of Pangang.The results show that the controlling condition of continuous annealing products is good in the chemical composition and the structure property aspects.The main surface defects of products are crosswise stripe and indentation,therefore proposes some effective measures that can eliminate the surface defects.Finally,this paper analyzes the merits and the feasibilities of the CQ-level continuous annealing products that are manufactured by using the Ti-IF steel,as well as discusses some technical essentials during developing the DDQ-level continuous annealing products.
