摘要
针对N4/1Cr18Ni9Ti复合板的特殊使用要求,通过采用手工钨极氩弧焊打底、熔化极气体保护焊焊接基层,手工钨极氩弧焊焊接复层的焊接工艺,完成了冶炼坩埚的焊接制造,提高了焊接生产率,降低了成本,具有很大的推广价值。
For the special requirement of N4/1Cr18Ni9Ti clad plate,GTAW MAG and GTAW were used to weld the base metal and the clad metal respectively.Such manufacture of smelting crucible had improved the welding productivity and reduced the cost,thusly preserving a great value in the field of engineering application.
