RH具有真空脱碳、脱氢、脱氧,顶枪吹氧脱碳,顶枪煤气烘烤真空室等功能。湘钢5 m宽厚板厂的120 t RH主要设计特点体现在:双车四工位的工艺布置、整体式真空槽、采用国产顶枪、合理的浸渍管设计及完善的浸渍管维护。
RH has the features of vacuum decarburizing,dehydrogenizing,deoxygenating,blown oxygen and decarburizing with top gun,baking vacuum chamber with top gun gas and so on functions.The main design distinguishing features of the 120 t RH in Xianggang 5 meter plant are embodied in：dual-car working position and the four process layout,the overall vacuum tank,the use of home-made top gun,reasonable design and perfect maintenance of snorkel.
