腈棉锦包氨交织产品是由多种纤维混纺交织而成 ,具有抗皱回弹性好、手感柔软、服用性能佳的优点 ,但因多种纤维的性能各异 ,染色时易出现色花。选用分散型阳离子染料染腈纶、Lanaset染料染锦纶包氨丝、直接或活性染料染棉纤维解决了色花的问题。

The acrylic/cotton/polyamide covered spandex mix-knitted fabric is a product with advantages of excellent anti-crease elastic resilience, soft handl e and good wear behaviour. However, uneven dyeing often occurs since the properti es of various fibres differ with each other. This problem has been settled by dy eing acrylic with disperse cationic dyes, polyamide covered spandex with Lanaset dyes and cotton with direct or reactive dyes.
