摘要
产业转型是十二五及其未来一个时期地方旅游产业发展的主旋律。市场和政府这两只配置资源的"手"、社会经济发展环境以及旅游产业自身发展阶段等因素所发生的变化,都对旅游产业的转型提出客观的要求。为此,要明确旅游发展的目的,以规范化要求和产品建设作为发展的重点和突破口,从而提高旅游目的地的整体接待能力,并优化配置各种资源要素。
Industry restructuring is the main theme of the development of local tourism industry during the "Twelfth Five--Year Plan" and beyond. Market and government as the two allocating "hands" of resources, changes in the socio e conomic environment, and the tourism industry itself all make it necessary for tourism industry to transform. Therefore, we should formulate clear objectives for tourism development, and initiate as a breakthrough in the transition by standardizing services and creating tourism products to improve the overall capacity of tourist reception at the destinations while optimizing the allocation of resource elements.
