摘要
通过加入P+RE+Sr对A390合金进行复合变质处理,并探讨了不同变质剂的不同变质工艺对该合金显微组织的影响.研究结果表明:当变质剂加入顺序采用先加P,变质温度为825℃,变质时间20min,接着加入RE,变质温度为825℃,变质时间10 min,再后加入Sr,变质温度为760℃,变质时间为30min,所得初晶硅尺寸为25~30μm,起到了双重变质效果;该合金经过复合变质,浇注温度为820℃时,其基体组织中初晶硅无偏聚现象,且分布均匀.
The A390 alloy was refined by composite modification with P+RE+Sr.The effects of different modification technologies on microstructure were discussed.The results show that when the temperature is 825℃,the inoculant P is added firstly and the inoculant time is 10min.And then RE is added at 825℃ and the holding time is 10min.At last,Sr is added at 760℃ and the holding time is 30min.The primary silicon size obtained is from 25 to 30μm,double modification effects can be deserved;When this alloy is modificated with the casting temperature of 820℃,the primary silicon was distributed uniformly and non-segregation in the matrix structure.
