摘要
以典型棒材的正挤压成形工艺优化为例,通过Deform前处理数据模块的二次开发,编译完成外部C#语言程序,以Visual Studio 2010为调试工具,完成程序调试,实现了正挤压成形过程中多组工艺参数的快速模拟优化.阐明Deform前处理数据模块二次开发流程,证实该方法能够有效的提高挤压成形工艺优化的效率,是在生产前确定挤压工艺的低时耗、低成本的有效途径.
Taking the typical process optimization of bar forward extrusion as an example,fast simulation and optimization of multiple group process parameters are realized by secondary development of pre-processing data module and external C# program.Visual Studio 2010 is adopted as a debugging tool to complete the program debugging.Secondary development process of pre-processing data module confirms that this method is an effective way which can effectively improve the efficiency of extrusion forming optimization and reduce the cost of extrusion technology before production.
