摘要
研究了热风与热泵结合干燥胡萝卜的显微结构和化学变化特征 ;采用均匀设计方法进行胡萝卜结合干燥工艺参数试验 ,以平均干燥速率、胡萝卜素含量、复水比和彩度为指标 ,求解了单目标和多目标最优工艺参数。
The microscopic structure and chemical changes of the thermal airflow and heat pump drying carrot were studied. The average drying rate, carrotene content, rehydration ratio and metric chroma were used as the indexes of the thermal airflow and heat pump drying experiment for carrot. With the application of the uniform experimental design method, the regression equations of each index were obtained. The single objective and the multi objective optimization optimal parameters was found out.
