焦磷酸酯叔烷基伯胺盐极压抗磨剂的合成与性能研究 被引量:1

SYNTHESIS OF PRIMENE AMINE PYROPHOSPHATE EP ANTIWEAR AGENT AND INVESTIGATION OF ITS PERFORMANCE

摘要 合成了焦磷酸二异辛酯TOA胺盐、焦磷酸二异辛酯81-R胺盐、焦磷酸二异辛酯JM-T胺盐三种焦磷酸酯叔烷基伯胺盐,通过红外和质谱分析表征了其结构。将它们与国外磷酸酯胺盐类磷氮剂AW-6110和RC3760进行了热稳定性及抗磨性的性能对比,结果表明,其中的焦磷酸二异辛酯TOA胺盐具有较好的热稳定性和与AW-6110、RC3760相当的极压抗磨性。 Primene TOA pyrophosphate,Primene 81-R pyrophosphate and Primene JM-T pyrophosphate were synthesized.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry were used to characterize the structure of the pyrophosphate and its amine salts.Comparing with AW-6110 and RC3760,which are two kinds of amine phosphate P-N additives,Primene TOA pyrophosphate,among the three Primene amine pyrophosphate,has good thermal stability and comparable antiwear property.
