Formamidine Sulphinic Acid Single Stage and Peroxide—FAS Two Stage Bleaching

本文用甲脒亚磺酸 (FAS)漂白热磨机械浆 (TMP) ,探讨了FAS用量、NaOH和FAS用量比、浆浓、漂白温度和时间对漂后纸浆白度的影响 ,并进行了过氧化氢—甲脒亚磺酸两段漂白 ,比较了FAS单段漂白、H2 O2 —FAS、FAS—H2 O2 两段漂白的效果。

Masson's pine TMP was bleached with formamidine sulphinic acid(FAS) or hydrogen peroxide and FAS.The effects of FAS charge,ratio of NaOH to FAS,pulp consistency,temperature and time during FAS treatment on the brightness gain,color reduction and pulp strength were studied.The results of FAS single stage as well as P-FAS and FAS-P two stage bleaching were compared.
