摘要
本文通过实验研究了芯浆种类、打浆度对白板纸性能的影响。香港废纸浆样品优于混合废纸浆样品 ,厘竹CTMP浆样品有较高的挺度和环压指数 ,但耐折度较低 ;厘竹CTMP浆和混合废纸浆配抄出现协同效应 ,样品的抗张指数、耐破指数和耐折度高于两种浆各自做芯浆的样品 ;不同打浆方式对香港废纸浆和混合废纸浆产生了不同的影响 ;随着芯浆打浆度从 30°SR上升到 5 0°SR ,白板纸的抗张指数、耐破指数和耐折度不断提高 ,其余强度指标随样品的不同而呈现出不同的变化趋势。
This paper studied the influence of pulp species and beating degree of filler furnish on the properties of manila board.The specimen's properties with Hong Kong waste paper pulp as filler furnish were better than the specimen with mixed waste paper pulp.Compared with other specimens,stiffness and ring crush index of the specimen with bamboo CTMP were higher,however,folding endurance was lower the mixture of 30% bamboo CTMP and 70% mixed waste paper pulp as filler furnish brought about synergetic effectiveness.The specimen's tensile index,burst index and folding endurance were higher than the specimen with bamboo CTMP or mixture waste paper pulp as filler furnish.Different beating method had different influence on waste paper pulps.With filler furnish's beating degree going up from 30°SR to 50°SR,specimens' tensile index,burst index and folding endurance went up,other strength properties had different changes with different specimens.
