摘要
将线性规划法与生态绿当量原理相结合,从生态学角度对商洛市土地利用结构优化进行探讨。最终优化方案表明:通过增加园地和林地的面积来提高土地利用的生态效益,牧草地、其他农用地减少幅度不大,建设用地中除农村居民点用地减少外,其余用地均增加;满足土地利用总体规划和经济社会发展的需要,耕地面积有所减少,自然保留地大幅度减少。土地优化方案在满足生态效益最大化的同时,兼顾社会效益、经济效益;增加森林覆盖率、提高耕地的集约利用水平、增加城镇的绿地率是实现土地利用结构综合效益优化的可行措施。
By combinating the linear programming method with the principle of the ecological green equivalent,the optimizing of land structure used in Shangluo was studied from the ecological point.The results showed that the garden and woodland area should be raised in the optimization program to increase eco-efficiency of land used,the grassland and other agricultural land reduce slightly,construction lands are all increased except the rural residential land.To satisfy the requirement of the land used general plan and social development,the cultivated land reduced considerably and the natural land reserved reduced in great.It not only satisfies the eco-efficiency largest of land used but also meets both social and economic goals.The feasible measures of increasing the forest coverage rate,improving the intensive cultivated land and increasing the urban green space rate can realize the comprehensive benefits of land-use-structure optimization in Shangluo area.
