介绍了专利费的特点和计算方法,以及专利费支付方式对项目盈利的影响,并介绍了一个测算专利及专有技术费的计算机模型,利用模型可以很方便地估算出一项专利技术的专利费。
The paper presented the characteristics of license fee,the method of license fee evaluat ion,and the strategy to pay license fee.The paper also gave out a model of license fee evaluation.The model can be used to evaluate the license fee conveniently.
