摘要
为了认真学习领会全国教育工作会议精神,全面贯彻落实推进素质教育的历史任务,我们必须对业已开始的素质教育的实践进行认真审视和分析,及时发现存在的偏差和问题,从而保证素质教育的健康发展。当前推进素质教育的实践中主要存在的问题有:空洞议论多,具体落实少;关注课外多,重视课内少;关注学生多,关注教师少;强调技能多,重视德性少;零打碎敲多,整体推进少;追求形式多。
ln order to grasp the essence of the National Education Meeting and carry out the historic task of promoting quality education, we must make a serious analysis of the present practice of quality education to find out its problems. According to the author, the problems are as the following: Too much attention has been devoted to outside class, skills, students and forms of edducation while so little emphasis has been laid on inside class, morality, teachers and actural effect of education; There has been so much vague and general proposal, but so little concrete practice; Quality education has often been practised in part but seldom as a whole.
