Study on toxicity of N, N-dimethyl morpholinium chloride

调节安是一种高效低毒的新型植物生长延缓剂。动物试验结果表明,该药属低毒农药,蓄积系数大于5,在动物体内的蓄积性比较低,体内外试验表明调节安没有显示致突变作用。

The acute toxicity, cumulative action and mutagenicity of N, N-dimethyl morpholinium chloride were studied. The results showed that it might be classified to a kind of low toxicity pesticides. The cumulation coefficient in rats was greater than 5, showing the cumulation of N, N-dimethyl morpholinium chloride was rather low. No. mutagenicity was found in vitro tests with or without mammalian microsome using TA_(97), TA_(98), TA_(100), TA_(102) respectively. Neither the micronuclei rate of the bone marraw cells nor the sperm-morphology in the male mice had showed significant change.
