摘要
本文研究了锰作业工人脂质过氧化作用及其机理。结果表明,锰作业工人血清脂质过氧化物水平(7.30±2.38nmolMDA/ml)高于对照组(3.32±1.43nmolMDA/ml),两组差异非常显著(P<0.01);血中超氧化物岐化酶活性(118.2±42.5U/ml)低于对照组(193.8±31.5U/ml),差异非常显著(P<0.01);血中谷光甘肽过氧化物酶活性与对照组相比无显著性差异。作者认为,锰可引起作业工人的脂质过氧化作用,其机理可能与血中超氧化物岐化酶活性抑制有关。
Lipid peroxidation(LPO) and it's mechanism in workers exposed to manganese were studied. The results showed that the serum LPO level of the exposed group was significantly higher than that of control, however, the blood superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity was lower instead. Their values were 7.30±2.38nmol MDA/ml and 118.2±42.5U/ml respectively. There was no significant difference in blood glutathione peroxidase. So, it was considered that manganese was able to induce lipid peroxidation in workers exposed to manganese and it's mechanism might be associated to the inhibition of SOD activity.
