不同方法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效观察 被引量:20

摘要 目的观察比较几种不同方法治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的疗效。方法将74例新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组A、B两组各25例,对照组24例。各组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗A组给予静脉滴注磷酸肌酸钠,治疗B组给予静脉滴注1,6-二磷酸果糖,观察各组患儿治疗前、治疗第7、第10天后症状、体征以及心电图、心肌酶谱的变化。结果治疗A、B组总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的70.8%,治疗组与对照组治疗后心肌酶谱比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠、1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害均有显著疗效,未见不良反应。磷酸肌酸钠较1,6-二磷酸果糖疗效更快,可相对缩短住院周期。 Objective To compare the difference several given treatment methods for the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic myocardial damage.Methods Seventy four newborns were randomly divided into treatment group A(25 cases),treatment group B(25 cases) and control group(24 cases).All groups received the routine treatment,while group A also received sodium phosphocreatine,ivgtt,group B received fructose 1,6-bisphosphate.The symptoms,signs,electrocardiogram and the change of myocardial enzyme were recorded before the treatment,and 7 and 10 days after the treatment.Results The total effective rate was 92.0% in treated group and 70.8% in the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Sodium phosphocreatine and fructose 1,6-bisphosphate are effective for the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic myocardial damage without obvious adverse reaction;and sodium phosphocreatine shows a quickly effect and can shorten the hospital stays.
