Application of Problem-based Learning Model in General Practice Teaching

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式在本科生全科医学教学中的教学效果和现实意义。方法以中国医科大学五年制临床医学专业学生60人为研究对象,按照学号分为实验组(30人)和对照组(30人)。实验组采用PBL教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,两组由相同教师授课。采用期末考试、调查问卷与访谈相结合的方式评价教学效果。用SPSS 11.5软件处理所有数据。结果实验组课外学习时间明显延长(P<0.01),分析和解决问题的能力有所提高(P<0.01),学习兴趣明显增加(P<0.01),对期末考试总成绩无明显影响(P>0.05),但病例分析题成绩有所提高(P<0.01)。结论以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式能够有效地提高教学质量,具有一定的现实意义。 Objective To evaluate the effect and significance of problem-based learning(PBL) model in general practice teaching.Methods A total of 60 students were assigned to the lecture based learning(LBL) group(n=30) and PBL group(n=30).The examination,questionnaire and seminars were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results Experimental results show that,because of the application of PBL,the study time of general practice has been prolonged(P0.01);the interests(P0.01) in regional anatomy and problem solving ability(P0.01) increased obviously.Conclusion Problem-based Learning used in general practice teaching can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
