艾拉-光动力治疗90例尖锐湿疣的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Treating 90 CA Patients with ALA-PDT

目的探讨艾拉-光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣患者的护理方法。方法采用ALA-PDT治疗90例尖锐湿疣(CA)患者。治疗前进行健康教育及心理护理;治疗期间严格按照标准操作方案进行操作,要做到敷药准确,照射到位;治疗后做好随访工作。结果 90例CA患者经过一个疗程治疗后,87例患者完全缓解,缓解率96.7%。87例患者治疗结束后随访1～6个月,仅10例(11.5%)复发,其中仅1例为尿道内的CA。10例复发患者中3例在治疗后1个月后复发,5例为治疗3个月后复发,2例为治疗4个月后复发,随访6个月后未见新增的复发病例。所有患者治疗后无严重不良反应及并发症。结论 ALA-PDT是治疗CA的有效方法,尤其是男性尿道内的CA复发率极低,疗效明显且安全性高。良好的护理措施能提高其疗效,保证治疗成功率。

Objective To investigate the nursing care for patients with condyloma acuminatuma（CA） during ALA photodynamic therapy（ALA-PDT）.Methods 90 cases with CA were included during ALA-PDT treatment,the effects of nursing care at every stage were observed.Patients received health education and counseling before treatment;and health care was applied ALA in the right place to ensure adequate semiconductor laser,comply with operating procedures strictly during treatment;follow-up after treatment was also important.Results After a course of treatment and careful nursing,87 cases removed the warts,clearance rate was 96.7%.87 patients were followed up for 1-6 months after treatment,only 10 cases（11.5%） relapsed,of which 1 case with urinary tract CA.No serious adverse reaction and complication was observed.Conclusion ALA-PDT was an effective method for CA,and good nursing care can improve its efficacy.
