摘要
综述了钢渣的主要化学组成和矿物组成,及其对新拌混凝土流动性,硬化混凝土的强度、耐久性的影响。在低掺量与用水量不变的情况下,掺入一定量钢渣能够改善混凝土的流动性;适量钢渣的掺入会降低混凝土的早期抗压强度,但到28d时抗压强度与基准混凝土相近;掺入一定量的钢渣可以减少混凝土早期干缩,改善混凝土后期抗碳化性能,提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力;含气量相近钢渣掺量不大时,抗冻性与基准混凝土相近,钢渣掺量较大时,混凝土抗冻性有所降低。
The main chemical and mineral compositions of steel slag and its effect on the flowability of fresh concrete and the strength and durability of hardened concrete were summarized.With a low content of steel slag and the constant water consumption,the addition a certain amount of steel slag can improve the concrete flowability.The early compressive strength of the concrete is decreased while the 28 day compressive strength is close to that of the reference concrete.The proper steel slag addition will reduce the early dry shrinkage,improve the anti-carbonization of the concrete at later ages and increase the concrete resistance to chloride permeability.With the comparative air content and steel slag content,concrete frost resistance is close to that of the reference concrete,however,the bigger steel slag content reduces the concrete frost resistance.
