摘要
通过现场测试并结合流体仿真模拟,分析中速磨煤机入口风道温度场、风速流场存在的问题。对一次风量测量装置重新选型,并改造冷一次风道以及风温测点,以减小一次风量测量误差。
This paper analysis problems exist in temperature field and velocity field at the inlets of the medium speed mills by implementing field test and fluid simulation,and trys to reduce measurement errors by rechoise measure equipment,retrofit primary air piplines,and re-diplomet gauging points of temperature of wind.
