燃气机组电加热器爆破原因分析

Analysis on Causes of Bursting of Electric Heaters in Gas-Turbine Unit

针对某联合循环机组停运后电加热器筒体爆破事故进行失效分析,根据分析结果(筒体严重过热),确认此系停机后电加热装置未完全停止工作造成,得出设备控制保护系统存在缺陷的结论。

This paper put forwards the failure analysis on the electric heaters which burst out after the gas-turbine unit had shutdown to find out the causes.According to the result of analysis,it confirms that the electric heater did not stopped working after the unit had shutdown,and thus makes the conclusion that there was defects in the control and protection system of the equipment.
