Being handed down and developed in accordance with a particular sport type, Taijiquan takes a good effect on the exercisers' body and mind. With a deep study of it in the future. It is expected, with a further study in the future, to reveal the intrinsic quality of the sport and the relation between its quality and quantity acting on human bodies. Taijiquan is a fruitful exercising method to human being.
