服务业FDI流入与制造业生产率:基于中国的经验研究

Foreign Direct Investment in Services and Manufacturing Productivity:An Empirical Research Based on China

随着服务全球化趋势的加强,服务业日益成为外商直接投资的重点,外资将成为中国现代服务业发展的重要推动力。笔者以中国为研究对象,探讨服务业外国直接投资流入与制造业生产率之间的关系。实证结果表明,中国服务业FDI的流入能够促进制造业生产率的提高,其主要作用机制是资本溢出效应。该结论表明,中国经济发展方式的转变,可以依赖于营造有利于服务业发展的政策和体制环境,加快服务业对内对外开放步伐,有效承接服务业外商直接投资。

With the strengthened globalization of services,foreign direct investment in services is becoming more and more important,and foreign investment will become an important impetus on the development of china＇s modern service industries.This paper discusses the relationship between foreign direct investment in services and manufacturing productivity base on China.The empirical results show that,China＇s inflowing FDI in services have promoted the manufacturing productivity and its main mechanism is the capital spillover effects.The results also reveal that if we want to change the Chinese economical development mode,we can depend on the following countermeasures： build the policy and system environment beneficial to service industry,speed up the step of opening to inside and outside,and acquire the FDI in services efficiently.
