九鬼周造是日本独具特色的思想家,其对自他的二元关系的日本式阐释堪称日本思想史上的一大创新。同时他把探究个体实存生命的哲学作为自己一生的思想追求,其关于偶然性的思想,揭示了整个人类个体实存的生命哲学问题。个体实存本身的存在就是偶然的,在存在的过程中又不断的与他者邂逅而改变个体的命运。

Kuki Shuzo is a unique thinker in Japanese history,whose Japanese-style interpretation of binary relation was regard as one of the great innovations of the Japanese history of thought.He explored the philosophy of individual life existence during his whole life,and his thoughts on the contingency revealed the issue of existence of individual life of human beings.The existence of individual is contingent,while it＇s fate will change during the existing process of encountering others.
