高等教育体制改革的目标模式与实现路径

Target Mode and Route of Higher Education System Reform

中国要想成为世界上第一流的强国,就必须在高等教育体制上实行彻底变革,彻底改变原有计划体制下形成的不合时宜的办学目标、办学理念和办学方式。未来我国高校改革的目标模式应当是:运行基本市场化,办学主体多元化,高教服务自主化、多元化、灵活化。而改革的基本特征应当是渐进稳健。这种渐进稳健表现在两个方面,一是民办大学先行一步,二是公办大学渐进更新。

The higher education system reform is inevitable if china wants to become a first-class Country in the world.Completely change the outdated system of educational goals,educational philosophy and educational way are essential nowadays.The future objectives of the college reform model shall be： Marketization of education,the diversification of education,and autonomy of higher education service,diversified,flexible technology.The basic features of the reform should be gradually.This progressive performance demonstrates in two aspects.First,the non-governmental universities will go first;Second,public universities can be gradually updated.
