Ten Measures for Promoting Local Service Industry

"十二五"期间,我国大多数地区将迎来服务业大发展的难得机遇。政府与市场是促进地方服务业大发展的两大力量。从政府的角度,应从转变观念、因地制宜、产业政策、财税政策、金融政策、制度环境、载体建设、工作机制、项目带动及育才引才等十个方面着手,充分发挥政府的引领作用和调控作用,推进地方服务业的跨越式发展。

During the ＂Twelfth-Five＂ period,most areas in China ushered in a rare opportunity for great development in service industry.Local government and the market are the two driving forces for service industry development.From the Government＇s point of view,it should begin with the ten measures,i.e.,change our thinking,according to local conditions,industrial policy,fiscal policy,financial policy,institutional environment,platform development,working mechanism,project lead,and training and recruiting talents,and fully utilize governments＇ role in leading and regulation,to promote rapid development of local service industry.
