基于知识网络与集群企业吸收能力的创新绩效研究

An Study of Cluster Firms' Technological Innovation based on Knowledge Networks and Absorptive Capability

以集群知识网络中的企业为研究对象,在分析知识网络的结构特征和关系特征对集群企业技术创新的影响中,考虑了吸收能力与知识网络的交互作用,提出了基于知识网络特征的集群企业技术创新的概念模型,并通过对浙江台州多个制造业集群的企业进行问卷调查,对知识网络特征、吸收能力与集群企业技术创新三者之间的内在关系和作用机理进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,吸收能力在网络结构、网络关系对集群企业技术创新的影响中起着一定的调节作用。

Using cluster firms in knowledge networks as the research object and considering the interactive effect of absorptive capability and knowledge networks,this paper analyzes the impact of knowledge networks＇ structure and relationship characteristics on the technological innovation of cluster firms.It proposes the concept of technological innovation model for cluster firms based on the knowledge network characteristics.Utilizing the questionnaires from cluster firms in Taizhou,Zhejiang province,an empirically study is carried out to analyze the relationship and mechanism among the knowledge networks,absorptive capability,and cluster firms＇ technological innovation.The results show that absorptive capability plays a regulatory role in the effect of the network structure and relationships on cluster firms＇ technological innovation.
