摘要
酒店英语是高职酒店管理的基础课,为了适应经济全球化的趋势,培养高层次酒店业管理人才,使用双语进行教学是必要措施。在目前的双语教学领域还存在着一些问题,为了更好的推进酒店英语双语教学工作,提出了一些建议。
Hotel English is the basic course of the hotel management of the higher professional education.In order to cultivate the hotel management elites so that face the trend of the globalization,the bilingual teaching is the important measure.The current bilingual teaching field has some problems,and the Research raised some suggestions aims to promoting the bilingual teaching work of hotel English.
