宫颈鳞癌与腺癌微环境中Foxp3的表达及临床意义

Foxp3 expression in tumor microenvironment and its clinical implications in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the cervix

摘要 目的观察宫颈鳞癌与腺癌微环境中Foxp3的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化方法检测宫颈鳞癌(FIGOI期或ⅡA期,26例)、宫颈腺癌(FICOI期或ⅡA期,19例)及正常宫颈(20例)组织中Foxp3的表达情况。结果Foxp3阳性细胞主要分布在宫颈间质部;各组病例中,间质部Foxp3阳性细胞数量均明显高于上皮内,差异具有统计学意义;宫颈鳞癌组间质部Foxp3阳性细胞数量明显多于正常宫颈组与宫颈腺癌组,差异有统计学意义;正常宫颈组与宫颈腺癌组间质部Foxp3阳性细胞数量比较及各组之间宫颈上皮内Foxp3阳性细胞数量比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能在宫颈鳞癌患者免疫耐受中发挥重要作用,而在宫颈腺癌发生方面可能作用不大。 Objective To characterize Foxp3 expression in the microenvironment of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinorna of the cervix. Methods Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC, FIGO Stage Ⅱ or ⅡA, 26 cases), adenocarcinoma of the cervix (FIGO Stage I or ⅡA, 19 cases), and normal cervix (20 cases) were included in the study. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate Foxp3 expression in the cervix. Results Foxp3 ( + ) ceils mainly appeared in the stroma. A significant increase of Foxp3 ( + ) ceils was detected in the stroma when eompared with intraepitbelium within each group. Foxp3 expression increased sharply in the stroma of SCC when compared with cervical adenocarcinoma and normal cervix, which was statistically significant. However, no significant difference was found in the stroma between cervical adenocarcinoma and normal cervix. Intraepithelial Foxp3 expression showed no significant difference between groups. Conclusion Regulatory T cell may play an important role in the immune tolerance of SCC. However, it may not act on the development of adenocarcinoma of cervix.
